A good-looking website that nobody contacts you from isn't doing its job. These changes are simple, and they work for shops, clinics, schools and service businesses alike.
1. Put WhatsApp one tap away
Most customers in India prefer to message rather than fill in a form. Add a WhatsApp button that's visible on every page, with a pre-filled message so they don't have to think about what to type.
2. Say what you do in the first line
Visitors decide in a few seconds. "Computer courses and placement training in Anantapur" beats "Welcome to our website". Say what you offer, where, and for whom.
3. Make it fast on phones
Most visitors use a phone, often on mobile data. Compress images, avoid heavy sliders and check the site on a mid-range phone. A slow site loses people before they see anything.
4. Show proof
Photos of real work, client names, reviews and numbers ("19 courses", "10K+ downloads") build trust far more than adjectives.
5. Have one clear next step
Each page should end with one obvious action: Call now, Chat on WhatsApp, Book a visit, Request a call back. Too many options means no action.
6. Get found on Google
Use page titles that match what people search for, set up a Google Business Profile with your address and photos, and ask happy customers for reviews there.
7. Track what works
Add free analytics (Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) to see where visitors come from and where they leave. Then improve the pages that matter most.
